By accessing or using Rotacare, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Use of Service

Rotacare is a professional tool for healthcare staffing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Rotacare is provided "as is". We are not liable for any errors in rota scheduling, staffing shortages, or financial losses resulting from the use of our platform.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
